This United States team has been clicking as of late, with Clint Dempsey emerging off the bench to lead the Americans to a win over Costa Rica in the semifinals. Bruce Arena has a tough decision on whether to start Dempsey against a Jamaica team that beat the Americans 2-1 in the 2015 semifinal.
